“ Top choice for Mexican food in Castle Rock! The chips and salsa were really good, with a nice amount of heat in the salsa. Then we tried the Patron flight of margaritas, and all four were delicious. The fajitas were high quality; I went all in with the shrimp, steak, and chicken fajita and was not disappointed. I also tried their amber ale, and it was very good! ”

“ Was a bit busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get a table. We got seated with a great view of Castle Rock. The chips and salsa were very good. My husband and I shared the Taquiza. We both enjoyed the meal with the fresh tortillas. Our server was great. We will definitely come back again. ”

“ My first time there with my wife and daughter and son in law. They all have been there before and loved it. We were seated within 5 minutes, Hernado was our waiter and he was awesome. His timing for refills and keeping the basket of chip topped off was incredible... We had chimichangas with chicken and green chili and wow was it good.. Smothered burrito was tasty and spicy. Everything went well. Except Someone caused quite a stink in the men’s room, the smell was awful by the door. I did go in the restroom to wash my hands and there was someone trying to fix the problem. Smelled like raw sewage and unfortunately we had to walk out that way after we ate a great meal and that left a nasty taste in our mouth! I’m sure it’s great any other day! ”
“ First thing, this place gets BUSY but looks huge so not sure how long people were waiting by the time we left. We did the margarita flight and the strawberry basil one was our favorite. We sat at the bar and watched them prepping fresh fruit for all of their drinks which was awesome! Everyone was so attentive and nice and giving great recommendations. The salsa was spicy so just a heads up. The queso was so delicious and a huge bowl of it which was refreshing! I got the ribeye and shrimp. The server made sure to tell me the ribeye is usually spicy and they could make it mild. Thank goodness and it was really good! I got it medium rare and I’d say it came out rare at first. We weren’t in a hurry and knew the meat was going to be good regardless so I asked them to cook mine a little longer. They were so nice about it! It came out perfect after they cooked it a little longer. My husband got the carne en su jugo which was a beef stew of some sort. It was way too spicy for me but my husband loved it and it was a huge portion! We will totally be back to try so many other things on menu including drinks and way more queso! Also, the views were stunning! This place would be great in the spring with a huge outdoor seating area too. ”
